Help and troubleshooting

Update the app #

Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Step sync and Health Connect fixes often require recent builds.

Steps not syncing #

  1. Confirm Step source under Profile — Step sync setup
  2. Open Home and pull to refresh (or leave the app in foreground briefly)
  3. Check health permissions in phone Settings
  4. Read Data synchronization troubleshooting

Workouts missing #

QR scan fails #

  • Allow camera permission
  • Increase screen brightness when scanning a monitor
  • For website login QR, generate a fresh code — Installation and sign-in
