Update the app #
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Step sync and Health Connect fixes often require recent builds.
Steps not syncing #
- Confirm Step source under Profile — Step sync setup
- Open Home and pull to refresh (or leave the app in foreground briefly)
- Check health permissions in phone Settings
- Read Data synchronization troubleshooting
Workouts missing #
- Partner app connected? — Connecting sports apps
- Activity outside event dates or wrong sport type? — Why activities are missing
- Upload GPX/FIT manually on the website — Managing your activities
QR scan fails #
- Allow camera permission
- Increase screen brightness when scanning a monitor
- For website login QR, generate a fresh code — Installation and sign-in
Contact support #
- In-app: Profile → Support / Help (opens contact form or mail)
- Website: Contact support from the app
- Event-specific issues: Contact the organizer
