Downloading diplomas and certificates
When organizers enable finisher documents, your diploma or certificate appears after your result is published.
Where to find your diploma #
Result detail page #
- Open the competition Results page on the public site.
- Find your name or click your result link.
- On the result detail page, the finisher diploma image appears when generated.
- Click the image or download link to save the file.
The same page may show your time, map, and nearby finishers — see Viewing your race result.
Direct link sharing #
Result pages support social sharing. When a diploma exists, preview images use the diploma artwork.
How organizers create diplomas #
Organizers design a PowerPoint (PPTX) template with merge-field placeholders and upload it in the manager console. DistantRace generates a personalized diploma image for each participant.

Not visible yet? #
- Results may still be draft — wait for the organizer to publish
- Virtual races need a submitted or finalized workout — Selecting your virtual race workout
- DNF/DNS statuses may not receive finisher documents
Contact the organizer if you finished but see no diploma after results are public.
