SMS templates #

Marketing → SMS templates

Create templates with placeholders (participant name, event title, links). Use when building SMS campaigns.

Templates must fit single-segment length where possible (160 GSM characters) to avoid multi-part billing.

Message log #

Marketing → Messages (/marketing/messages/)

Lists individual SMS messages sent through DistantRace:

• Delivery status
• Recipient phone
• Linked campaign
• Timestamp and provider (Twilio, Text2Reach, etc.)

Use the log to troubleshoot failed sends or prove delivery.
