Introduction to integrations
Integrations connect your DistantRace organization to advertising, analytics, email, SMS, contact-sync, and parcel-shipping services.
Path: Organization settings → Integrations
Integrations are separate from payment channels (Stripe, bank transfer, etc.) — those live under Finance.
Available integrations #

Marketing module (uses integrations) #
After connecting email or messaging providers, use Marketing in the manager console:
- Email templates and export
- SMS campaigns
- WhatsApp campaigns
- WhatsApp template management
- Marketing to participants
SMS provider priority #
You can connect multiple SMS providers (Twilio, Text2Reach, SMS Server Tools). Set each as primary or backup. DistantRace tries the primary provider first and falls back if sending fails.
Not available #
These pages exist for legacy reasons but are not connectable in the current product:
- Mailchimp — removed from product
- MailerLite — never implemented
- Bannerbear — use race certificates instead
- Generatebanners — not implemented
