Path: Event dashboard → Settings → Danger zone
Permanent action
Deleting an event sets status to Removed and hides it from the manager console and public site. This cannot be undone from the UI.
Delete event #
- Open Settings → Danger zone
- Confirm deletion
- You are redirected to the club home — the event no longer appears in event lists
Deletion is logged in event history.
Before deleting #
- Export participants and results you may need — How to export data
- Process pending orders and refunds
- Inform participants if the event was published
Cancel vs delete #
Setting status to Cancelled on base settings keeps the event visible to organizers but closed to new registrations. Danger zone delete removes the event entirely.
