Event internal comments

Organizers can leave internal comments on event dashboards — visible only to club staff in the manager console, not to participants.

Purpose #

Use comments for handover notes between race directors:

• "Bib pickup moved to tent B"
• "Waiting for timing company file"
• "Refund pending for entry #142"

Comments are timestamped and attributed to the staff member who wrote them.

Add a comment #

Type in the comment field on the dashboard and submit. Recent comments appear in the dashboard sidebar or comments block.

Delete a comment #

Staff can remove outdated comments with the delete action next to each entry.

Audit trail #

Major event changes also appear in Event history and audit log. Comments are informal; the audit log records structural edits (settings, payments, status).
