The DistantRace mobile app includes an in-app support form for technical issues. See also Help and troubleshooting in the Mobile app section.

Submit a ticket #

  1. Open app → Settings or Help
  2. Choose Contact support / Report a problem
  3. Describe the issue and attach screenshots if offered
  4. Submit — includes app version and device info automatically
