The DistantRace mobile app includes an in-app support form for technical issues. See also Help and troubleshooting in the Mobile app section.
Submit a ticket #
- Open app → Settings or Help
- Choose Contact support / Report a problem
- Describe the issue and attach screenshots if offered
- Submit — includes app version and device info automatically
