Managing race results

After importing timing data or entering results manually, review and correct individual finisher records before publishing.

Path: Open competition → Results

Result list #

Filter by distance, status (finished, DNF, DNS), or search by name/bib. Export to Excel from the table menu.

Edit a result #

Open a result to change:

• Finish time (chip time, gun time)
• Status — finished, DNF, DNS, DSQ
• Participant link (if mismatched from import)
• Lap/split data (multi-lap courses)

Add a result manually #

Use Add result for late finishers or corrections not in the timing file. Link to the correct participant and distance.

Publish #

Results can remain draft until you are ready. Publishing makes them visible on public standings and triggers result emails if email templates are configured.
