Add a payment channel #
- Finance → Payment channels → Add
- Choose the provider card (Stripe, Swedbank, SEB, Klix, Bank transfer)
- Complete provider-specific setup:
- Stripe — redirects to Stripe Connect onboarding; return to publish the channel
- Bank links — enter merchant credentials from your bank
- Set channel status to Published when ready
Only published channels appear at participant checkout.
Stripe Connect #
- Payment channels → Connect Stripe (or Add → Stripe)
- Complete Stripe onboarding (business details, bank account)
- Return to DistantRace — channel status updates automatically
- Re-run onboarding from Payment channels if Stripe requests re-authorization
Bank transfer #
Bank transfer lets participants receive an invoice and pay manually. Combine with open banking so incoming payments are matched automatically.
Per-event tickets #
Payment channels are club-wide. Enable tickets and prices per competition — see Managing tickets and pricing.
Refunds #
Card and Stripe refunds can be initiated from Finance → Transactions on supported channels.
