Invoices for platform services

When your club pays DistantRace (not participant registration fees), you receive a PDF invoice after checkout.

This applies to:

  • Upgrading participant limits — one-time slot purchases
  • Pro / Pro+ subscriptions — monthly participant caps
  • Other manager-initiated purchases billed to your club

Checkout flow #

  1. Open an event → Upgrade (or subscription renewal)
  2. Select participant count and plan tier
  3. Complete checkout — billing uses your club company details from club settings
  4. Pay by card (Stripe)

Download the invoice #

After payment:

  • Confirmation email includes an invoice download link
  • The invoice PDF is attached to the order in DistantRace's billing system

Club admins with financial access can also find related records under Finance (participant-paid orders are separate from these platform charges).

VAT #

VAT on platform services is calculated from your club's country and VAT registration (company VAT ID in club settings). EU clubs with a valid VAT ID may qualify for reverse charge.

Ensure club settings include correct:

  • Company name and registration number
  • VAT number (if applicable)
  • Country and address
