Connect your ad platforms

Connect your ad platforms

Configure each advertising or analytics platform once for the whole organization. Every event inherits the saved setting, including events created later.

Before you start #

  • You must be an organization administrator. Other roles cannot see or edit integrations.
  • An organization can have one integration for each platform.
  • Ask the person or agency managing each platform for the required ID values.

Connect a platform #

Path: Organization settings → Integrations (the console URL ends in /integration/)

  1. Open the card for the platform you want to connect.
  2. Enter the required ID or IDs listed below.
  3. Save the form.
  4. Repeat for any other platforms you use.

Provide:

  • Conversion ID in the format AW-123456789
  • Conversion label
  • Optional conversion name

The conversion ID and label belong together. If you use the Google Ads offline feed, the conversion name must match the Google Ads conversion action name exactly.

Meta Pixel #

Provide the Meta Pixel or dataset ID. It contains 15–16 digits.

Google Analytics 4 #

Provide the GA4 Measurement ID in the format G-XXXXXXXXXX.

TikTok Pixel #

Provide the TikTok Pixel code. It contains 10–32 characters.

Microsoft Advertising #

Provide the Microsoft Advertising UET tag ID. It contains 7–9 digits.

What happens after saving #

The saved integration applies to every event in the organization. Leave an event on Use organization default and later organization-level changes apply immediately without any work on that event.

Use per-event settings only when an event needs a different provider configuration or must disable a provider.

For your marketing agency #

Give the organization administrator the values for the intended advertising accounts. For Google Ads, also confirm whether the scheduled feed should use the browser tag's conversion action or a dedicated import-only action.
