Club branding and hero images

Hero images are large banner images on your public club page, whitelabel participant portals, and in some email templates.

Path: Manager console → Marketing → Hero images (whitelabel clubs only)

Hero images are also exposed through the REST API (/api/v1/orgs/hero-images/) for branded participant sites. See Whitelabel and enterprise setup.

Upload images #

Hero images → Create
Upload image (wide landscape format works best)
Set alt text for accessibility
Optional link URL — where the banner clicks through (event page, registration, external site)
Sort order — lower numbers appear first in rotation

Add several images to rotate or highlight different events. Reorder by changing sort values.

The club logo is set under Club → Settings, not in hero images. It appears in navigation and emails separately.
