# Contact support from the app

The DistantRace **mobile app** includes an in-app support form for technical issues. See also [Help and troubleshooting](../mobile-app/help-and-troubleshooting.md) in the [Mobile app](../mobile-app/index.md) section.

## Submit a ticket

1. Open app → **Settings** or **Help**
2. Choose **Contact support** / **Report a problem**
3. Describe the issue and attach screenshots if offered
4. Submit — includes app version and device info automatically
