Marketing preferences on registration

Clubs can add marketing preference questions to registration checkout — typically opt-in checkboxes for email newsletters or SMS updates.

Configure preferences #

Path: Manager console → Marketing → Preferences

Create questions per language:

• Checkbox or radio input
• Required or optional
• Label shown at checkout

Questions appear on the participant checkout form under Marketing preferences.

Omnisend mapping #

When Omnisend is connected, map a preference question so opted-in participants are subscribed in Omnisend automatically.

Privacy #

Only message participants who opted in. See Marketing to participants.
