Large exports and generated reports are stored in the club Documents library instead of downloading immediately.

What appears here #

• Excel exports (participants, results, standings, invoices, sold tickets)
• Bulk PDF generation jobs
• Custom export requests processed by support

Download #

Open Documents, find the file by date and type, and download. Files expire after a retention period — export again if needed.

Triggering exports #

Most list views have an Export action (three-dot menu or dedicated button). The job queues in the background; refresh Documents when complete.
