Downloading diplomas and certificates

When organizers enable finisher documents, your diploma or certificate appears after your result is published.

Where to find your diploma #

Result detail page #

1. Open the competition Results page on the public site.
2. Find your name or click your result link.
3. On the result detail page, the finisher diploma image appears when generated.
4. Click the image or download link to save the file.

The same page may show your time, map, and nearby finishers — see Viewing your race result.

Direct link sharing #

Result pages support social sharing. When a diploma exists, preview images use the diploma artwork.

How organizers create diplomas #

Organizers design a PowerPoint (PPTX) template with merge-field placeholders and upload it in the manager console. DistantRace generates a personalized diploma image for each participant.

Not visible yet? #

• Results may still be draft — wait for the organizer to publish
• Virtual races need a submitted or finalized workout — Selecting your virtual race workout
• DNF/DNS statuses may not receive finisher documents

Contact the organizer if you finished but see no diploma after results are public.
