What you can control #

• DistantRace system emails (account, security)
• Event-related messages from organizers you joined
• Marketing opt-in/out per club (where collected at registration)

Unsubscribe links #

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link valid for that campaign or club. One-click unsubscribe does not delete your account.

Challenge daily emails #

Step challenges may send daily summary emails. Organizers can disable these globally — you cannot override if the organizer turned them off.

If DistantRace has not received a daily-step record yet, the email says that steps are not received yet and prompts you to open the app. It does not treat the missing record as zero or report a 100% shortfall. Once the source syncs, the day's actual total can be processed.
