When to use it #

• Registration problems (payment not confirmed, wrong distance)
• Missing bib or start slot questions
• Accessibility or special requirements
• General event information not covered on info pages

How to send #

1. Open the challenge or competition public page
2. Find Contact us or Contact organizer
3. Fill name, email, and message
4. Submit — the message goes to the club email configured in Club settings

Response time #

Organizers respond directly — DistantRace does not mediate. Allow 1–2 business days before events.
