Exporting results data
Beyond editing individual finishers, the competition Results list can export data for timing partners, federations, archives, and press.

Spreadsheet export (XLSX) #
Export XLSX generates a full results workbook — finisher names, times, status, distance, and columns visible in the manager table.
The file is prepared asynchronously and appears under Organizer documents when ready.
JSON-LD export (OADM) #
Export JSON-LD produces structured open-data style output for federation feeds or external result systems.
Use when a partner requests machine-readable results instead of Excel.
PDF reports #
From the results actions menu, generate printable PDFs:

When the competition has series standings configured, additional standings PDF variants appear.
Custom club PDFs #
Some clubs have custom PDF layouts stored in their organizer export folder. These appear as extra export buttons on the results page.

Participant exports (full start list, per distance, marketing contacts) live on Start list, not Results — Managing the start list.
