Club subscription management

Clubs on a monthly subscription (unlimited events up to a participant cap) manage billing from club settings.

Path: Manager console → Club → Subscription

What you see #

  • Current plan tier (Pro or Pro+)
  • Monthly participant cap
  • Next billing date
  • Stripe subscription status

Change participant cap #

Increase or decrease the subscribed participant count. Stripe prorates the difference on the next invoice.

Upgrade plan tier #

Switch from Pro to Pro+ Assisted for included DistantRace setup support — billing updates via Stripe.

Cancel or resume #

  • Cancel subscription — ends monthly billing at the end of the current Stripe period (button on the Subscription page)
  • Resume subscription — if a subscription lapsed, use Resume on the Subscription page or the event Upgrade flow — Upgrading participant limits

Invoices #

Stripe emails receipts for each monthly charge. One-time slot purchases use a separate flow — Invoices for platform services.
