Collecting interested participants

The Interested list collects contact details from people who expressed interest in your club or events but have not registered yet.

Path: Manager console → Club → Interested

There is no CSV export on this page in the current manager — use the table filters and copy addresses manually, or route leads through Marketing email export filters once they become registered participants.

How entries are created #

Participants submit interest through:

  • Club page interest forms
  • Event preview pages with "Notify me" or similar CTAs
  • Challenge apply flow — email field before full registration
  • Marketing landing pages linked to your club
  • API or partner widgets that post an email against an event

Exact forms depend on your public page configuration.

Use the list #

The table shows:

Column Meaning
Email Contact address (click to mail)
Event Which event they expressed interest in
Applied Green check if they later completed registration
Created When the interest was submitted

Filters #

  • Search — match email or event name
  • Applied — show only converted leads (Applied = yes) or only open leads (Applied = no)

Entries with Applied = no are your pre-registration leads. The Applied flag updates automatically when the same email registers for that event (challenge apply, competition checkout, or API registration).

Privacy #

Only contact people according to the consent they gave when submitting interest. See Marketing preferences on registration.
