Editing individual challenge participants

Open a participant's challenger detail page for per-person support and corrections.

Path: Challenge → Participants → click a name

Participant overview #

Shows totals, team, distance, daily breakdown (step challenges), sport columns, and activity history.

Add manual data #

Challenge type Action
Step Add daily steps — pick date and step count within challenge window
Sports / combined Add activity — manual workout form linked to participant

Manual entries are logged as organizer-added and trigger result recalculation.

Delete all results #

Delete All Results (danger zone on the challenger detail page) clears every activity the participant has submitted to this challenge. The participant stays enrolled and can sync or add new workouts afterward.

Path: Challenge → Participants → open a name → scroll to Delete All Results → confirm in the modal

What happens:

  1. All non-removed activities are marked removed by organizer
  2. Challenge and team standings are recalculated
  3. An audit log entry is written on the participant profile
  4. Geo challenges also clear map segment progress and recalculate geo totals

Use this for cheating investigations, bad imports, or when a participant asks for a full reset. It does not withdraw the person from the event — use Remove participant for that.

Individual accept/reject for single workouts is on the Workouts tab — see Managing challenge participants.

Change team #

Update team assignment from the detail page. Team totals recalculate for old and new teams.

Remove participant #

Permanently removes the challenger from the event (not reversible from UI). Logged in event history.

Export step sync times #

Step challenges only — queue an export of when the participant's device synced each day. File appears under Organizer documents.

Comments #

Add internal organizer comments on the participant profile (visible to club staff, not the participant).
