Email templates and export
The Marketing module lets you customize emails participants receive and export contact lists for external tools.
Path: Manager console → Marketing → Email templates
Requires a connected email provider: SendGrid or Listmonk.
Template kinds #

| Join code | Join code invitation emails |

Create a template #
- Marketing → Email templates → Create template
- Choose kind, language, subject, and HTML body
- Use template variables (participant name, event name, join link, etc.) — Preview on the edit page shows rendered HTML with sample data
- Optional: Add registration QR codes for join-code templates
- Send test to your email before going live
Per-event templates #
Templates can be scoped to a specific event or used club-wide. Event-specific templates override defaults for that event.
Export participants #
Marketing → Export lets you download participant emails and fields for use in Listmonk, Omnisend, or spreadsheets.
Filter by event, registration status, or marketing consent.
