# Integrations with payment systems

Payment channels let participants pay registration fees and shop products online.

**Path:** Manager console → Finance → **Payment channels**

## Available channels

| Channel | Region | Notes |

| **Stripe** | International | Connected account onboarding; cards and more |
| **Swedbank Latvia BankLink** | Latvia | Bank link + card via EveryPay |
| **SEB Latvia** | Latvia | Card payments via Gateway API v4 |
| **Klix (Citadele)** | Latvia | Bank link or card — payer chooses |
| **Montonio** | Baltics | Multi-bank payment portal |
| **Bank transfer** | Any | Manual transfer; pair with [open banking](integration-with-banks.md) |

## Add a payment channel

1. Finance → Payment channels → **Add**
2. Choose the provider card (Stripe, Swedbank, SEB, Klix, Bank transfer)
3. Complete provider-specific setup:
   - **Stripe** — redirects to Stripe Connect onboarding; return to publish the channel
   - **Bank links** — enter merchant credentials from your bank
4. Set channel **status** to **Published** when ready

Only **published** channels appear at participant checkout.

## Stripe Connect

1. Payment channels → **Connect Stripe** (or Add → Stripe)
2. Complete Stripe onboarding (business details, bank account)
3. Return to DistantRace — channel status updates automatically
4. Re-run onboarding from Payment channels if Stripe requests re-authorization

## Bank transfer

Bank transfer lets participants receive an invoice and pay manually. Combine with [open banking](integration-with-banks.md) so incoming payments are matched automatically.

## Per-event tickets

Payment channels are club-wide. Enable tickets and prices per competition — see [Managing tickets and pricing](../running-events/managing-tickets-and-pricing.md).

## Refunds

Card and Stripe refunds can be initiated from Finance → **Transactions** on supported channels.
