# Downloading diplomas and certificates

When organizers enable finisher documents, your **diploma** or **certificate** appears after your result is published.

## Where to find your diploma

### Result detail page

1. Open the competition **Results** page on the public site.
2. Find your name or click your result link.
3. On the **result detail** page, the finisher **diploma image** appears when generated.
4. Click the image or download link to save the file.

### Direct link sharing

Result pages support social sharing. When a diploma exists, preview images use the diploma artwork.

## How organizers create diplomas

Organizers design a **PowerPoint (PPTX) template** with merge-field placeholders and upload it in the manager console. DistantRace generates a personalized diploma image for each participant.

Contact the [organizer](contact-the-organizer.md) if you finished but see no diploma after results are public.
