# Notification preferences

## What you can control

- DistantRace system emails (account, security)
- Event-related messages from organizers you joined
- Marketing opt-in/out per club (where collected at registration)

## Unsubscribe links

Marketing emails include an **unsubscribe** link valid for that campaign or club. One-click unsubscribe does not delete your account.

## Challenge daily emails

Step challenges may send **daily summary emails**. Organizers can disable these globally — you cannot override if the organizer turned them off.
