# Organizer documents

Large exports and generated reports are stored in the club **Documents** library instead of downloading immediately.

**Path:** Manager console → **More tools** → **Documents**

## What appears here

- Excel exports (participants, results, standings, invoices, sold tickets)
- Bulk PDF generation jobs
- Custom export requests processed by support

## Download

Open Documents, find the file by date and type, and download. Files expire after a retention period — export again if needed.

## Triggering exports

Most list views have an **Export** action (three-dot menu or dedicated button). The job queues in the background; refresh Documents when complete.
