Managing orders and carts

Track every registration payment through Finance → Orders.

Path: Manager console → Finance → Orders (carts)

Order list #

Filter by status, event, payment method, or date. Each row shows buyer, total, payment channel, and registration status.

Status Action needed
Waiting payment Bank transfer not yet received
Payment received Complete — participant on start list
Cancelled Abandoned or voided cart

Order detail #

Open an order to:

  • View line items (tickets, products, fees)
  • See linked participants and invoice PDFs
  • Mark bank-transfer orders as paid manually
  • Link to reserved entry (if applicable)
  • Generate invoice — create or refresh the PDF when payment is recorded but no invoice file exists yet
  • Toggle email sending — unsubscribe the buyer from cart-related reminder emails (useful when they asked to stop payment reminders)
  • Recalculate platform fees after corrections (superuser tools: remove or reset fee lines)

Bank transfer orders #

When a participant chooses prepay invoice:

  1. They receive a PDF with your bank details and invoice number
  2. Payment arrives in your bank account
  3. Match via open banking or mark paid in the order detail view
  4. Registration completes automatically when marked paid

Refunds #

Supported payment channels allow partial or full refunds from Finance → Transactions.
