Email list export #
Download registered participant emails as CSV — Marketing email export filters. Pre-registration Interested leads are managed separately — Collecting interested participants.
Email templates #
Create reusable templates with event variables (name, dates, links). Preview rendered HTML and send test messages before going live. Send to participant lists filtered by event or club.

Connect Text2Reach, SMS Server Tools, or Twilio and send bulk SMS — SMS campaigns.
WhatsApp campaigns #
After Twilio WhatsApp is configured, create campaigns with approved templates — WhatsApp campaigns. Participants must have valid phone numbers from registration.
Hero / header images #
White-label club and event header images for public pages and emails (club branding settings).

Privacy #
Only message participants who provided contact details, in accordance with consent collected on registration forms.
