# Managing individual racers

Open a single **racer** (registration record) to fix details without bulk exports.

**Path:** Competition → **Start list** → click participant name

## Edit registration

- Custom question answers
- Distance and team (when allowed)
- Registration status (registered, cancelled, DNS)
- Link to payment cart and invoice

## Multiple bib numbers

Some formats assign more than one number per participant (relay legs, multi-day bibs, chip + display number):

- **Set primary** — choose which number prints on the start list and confirmation
- **Unassign number** — remove one number from the participant; the next assigned number becomes primary automatically

Changes are logged on the racer record.

## Virtual competitions

Virtual racers open a dedicated detail page from the start list:

- Review **submitted workouts** and validation status
- **Remove all results** — clears every workout and calculated time for this entry (standings recalculate)
- **Add manual result** — enter finish time (hours/minutes/seconds) when GPS data is unavailable; replaces any existing result
- Internal **comments** for staff notes (not visible to the participant)
