# Race-day registration as a participant

When online registration closes, organizers may still accept **race-day entries** via QR code.

## Steps

1. Open the same event registration link (from an email or the organizer's website)
2. Register **one person at a time** — fill the shortened form
3. After submit, a **QR code** appears on screen and is emailed to you
4. At the venue, staff scan the QR, confirm payment, and assign your bib

## Payment on site

If the organizer charges a race-day fee, pay at the registration tent — they record payment in the console.
