# My purchases and orders

**My purchases** is your order history for paid and pending event registrations.

**Path:** Log in → Profile → **My purchases** (`/accounts/my_purchases/`)

## What you see

| Order status | Meaning |
|--------------|---------|
| **New** | Cart started but checkout not finished — continue payment |
| **Waiting payment** | Bank transfer invoice issued — awaiting your payment |
| **Payment received** | Paid — you are registered (or registration processing is complete) |
| **Dynamic** | Shared registration cart — see [Joining via dynamic cart link](joining-via-dynamic-cart-link.md) |

## Order detail page

Open an order to see:

- Organizer contact details
- Billing information
- Participants and distances (or products)
- **Download invoice** button (when available)
- **Get tickets** — PDF tickets for in-person races (after payment)
- **Add products** — buy post-registration add-ons if the organizer enabled them

## Continue an unfinished registration

If status is **New** or **Waiting payment** (non-bank-transfer), click **Continue to payment** to return to checkout.

## Cancel an order

Unpaid orders can be cancelled from the order detail page. Cancelled carts cannot be restored — start registration again if needed.

## Create a group registration cart (dynamic cart)

Paying for a team or company group? Create a **dynamic cart** and share one link so each person registers themselves into your checkout.

**Path:** My purchases → **Create dynamic cart**

1. Enter a **description** (e.g. "Company ABC team") so you recognize the order later
2. Pick the **competition**
3. Optionally preset a **team** — select an existing team or create a new public team everyone joining through the link will use
4. Enable **Other events** when the club runs several races on the same day and participants should pick additional distances in one shared cart
5. Submit — you land on the dynamic cart order page with a **shareable registration link**

### Manage the cart before payment

From the dynamic cart order detail:

- **Share the link** — send the apply URL to colleagues; each person adds their own entry
- **Remove item** — delete a participant row before checkout if someone registered by mistake
- **Cancel** — abandon the whole cart if you no longer need it

## Without an account

If you checked out as a guest, use the **Order summary** link on the checkout confirmation page. You can view the order and download the invoice from that public link.
