# Marketing to participants

DistantRace includes **marketing tools** to message people who registered for your events.

## Channels

## Email list export

Download registered participant emails as CSV — [Marketing email export filters](marketing-email-export-filters.md). Pre-registration **Interested** leads are managed separately — [Collecting interested participants](collecting-interested-participants.md).

## Email templates

Create reusable templates with event variables (name, dates, links). Preview rendered HTML and send test messages before going live. Send to participant lists filtered by event or club.

## SMS campaigns

Connect [Text2Reach](../integrations/text2reach.md), [SMS Server Tools](../integrations/sms-server-tools.md), or [Twilio](../integrations/twilio.md) and send bulk SMS — [SMS campaigns](../integrations/sms-campaigns.md).

## WhatsApp campaigns

After Twilio WhatsApp is configured, create campaigns with approved templates — [WhatsApp campaigns](../integrations/whatsapp-campaigns.md). Participants must have valid phone numbers from registration.

## Hero / header images

White-label club and event header images for public pages and emails (club branding settings).
