# Club-wide join codes

Besides per-event join codes ([Join codes and invitations](join-codes-and-invitations.md)), clubs can manage **club-level join codes** that grant access to private events.

**Path:** Manager console → Club → **Join codes**

## Create a club join code

1. Join codes → **Create**
2. Set code string, usage limits, and expiry
3. Link to one or more events or leave club-wide for any private event in the club
4. Distribute via email — see [Email invitation links](../joining-events/email-invitation-links.md)

## Track usage

The list shows how many times each code was used and by whom. Export for reporting.

Use **Delete all unused** on the club join codes page to remove generated batches that were never redeemed — safe cleanup after an event sells out.

## Event-level codes

Event-specific codes are configured under each event's settings and override or supplement club codes. Use event codes when only one race should be accessible.
