# Club subscription management

Clubs on a **monthly subscription** (unlimited events up to a participant cap) manage billing from club settings.

**Path:** Manager console → Club → **Subscription**

## What you see

- Current plan tier (Pro or Pro+)
- Monthly participant cap
- Next billing date
- Stripe subscription status

## Change participant cap

Increase or decrease the subscribed participant count. Stripe prorates the difference on the next invoice.

## Upgrade plan tier

Switch from **Pro** to **Pro+ Assisted** for included DistantRace setup support — billing updates via Stripe.

## Cancel or resume

- **Cancel subscription** — ends monthly billing at the end of the current Stripe period (button on the Subscription page)
- **Resume subscription** — if a subscription lapsed, use **Resume** on the Subscription page or the event **Upgrade** flow — [Upgrading participant limits](upgrading-participant-limits.md)

## Invoices

Stripe emails receipts for each monthly charge. One-time slot purchases use a separate flow — [Invoices for platform services](../finance-module/invoices-for-platform-services.md).
