# Challenge dashboard analytics

The **challenge dashboard** gives a quick overview of signups and paid registrations while the challenge runs.

**Path:** Challenge → dashboard (home tab)

## Registration chart

A time-series chart shows **new challenge participants** per day for the date range you select. Use it to:

- Measure the impact of [Easy Access](share-your-event-easy-access.md) or email campaigns
- Spot drop-off after the first week of a long challenge
- Report engagement to corporate wellness sponsors

## Income chart

If the challenge charges a registration fee, an **income chart** plots daily payment totals. Finance staff can compare this with [purchase summaries](../finance-module/purchase-summary.md).

Free challenges show registration counts only.

## Sports and step connections

Like competitions, the dashboard can show which **connected apps** participants use — Garmin for workouts, Apple Health for steps, etc. Prioritize [sync troubleshooting](../connections-with-apps/data-synchronization-problems/the-most-common-reasons-for-data-synchronization-issues.md) for the most common providers.

## Internal comments

Staff can leave **internal comments** on the dashboard — notes visible only to organizers, not participants. Use for handover between race directors ("check team X on Monday").

## Exports
