# Results bulk actions

The competition **Results** list includes bulk operations beyond editing individual finishers.

**Path:** Competition → **Results** → actions menu / export buttons

## Recalculate

| Action | When to use |
|--------|-------------|
| **Recalculate places** | After manual time edits, status changes, or import fixes — rebuilds overall positions per distance |
| **Recalculate points** | When standings use points rules — refreshes series or age-group point totals |

Run recalculate after large corrections, not after every single edit.

## Result notification emails

| Action | Effect |
|--------|--------|
| **Enable result sending** | Allows automatic result emails when results publish |
| **Disable result sending** | Pauses outbound result messages |
| **Send results** | Queues result emails to all finishers with published results |

## Spreadsheet and data exports

| Export | Output |
|--------|--------|
| **Export XLSX** | Full results table for timing partners or archives |
| **Export JSON-LD (OADM)** | Structured data export for federation or open-data feeds |

## PDF reports

Generate printable PDFs from the results menu:

- Overall results (all, top 20)
- By gender
- By distance
- Progressive / most active
- **Team results** (when team scoring is enabled)
- **Standings** variants (overall, gender, groups, team) when series standings exist

Custom PDF layouts may be available per club — files live in the club's custom export folder.
