# Contact the organizer

Each public event page includes a **Contact organizer** form.

## When to use it

- Registration problems (payment not confirmed, wrong distance)
- Missing bib or start slot questions
- Accessibility or special requirements
- General event information not covered on info pages

## How to send

1. Open the challenge or competition public page
2. Find **Contact us** or **Contact organizer**
3. Fill name, email, and message
4. Submit — the message goes to the club email configured in [Club settings](../running-events/club-settings-and-admins.md)

## Response time

Organizers respond directly — DistantRace does not mediate. Allow 1–2 business days before events.
