# Share your event (Easy Access)

**Easy Access** is the sharing hub for challenges and competitions. Open it from the challenge dashboard or at the end of the [settings walkthrough](challenge-settings-walkthrough.md).

URL: `/console/<org>/challenges/<event>/easy_access/` (or competitions equivalent).

## What you get

| Asset | Use |
|-------|-----|
| **QR code** | Posters, slides, race expo |
| **Share link** | Email, chat, social |
| **Short join code** | Manual entry in app or web |
| **Onboarding URLs** | Per-language participant instruction pages |

## Onboarding pages

Each language configured on the event has an onboarding URL participants can open before registering. Content matches the in-app [challenge onboarding page](../joining-events/challenge-onboarding-page.md).

## Private events

For unlisted/private events, only people with the link or code can register. Combine with [Join codes and invitations](join-codes-and-invitations.md).

Monitor registrations under **Participants** or **Start list** depending on event type.
