# Polar GPX-Download

1. Melden Sie sich von einem Computer aus bei Ihrem Polar Flow-Konto unter flow.polar.com an.
2. Klicken Sie auf den Abschnitt Aktivität.
3. Wählen und öffnen Sie die Aktivität, die Sie Ihrem DistantRace.com-Profil hinzufügen möchten.
4. Wählen Sie unten links auf der Seite die Schaltfläche Export session und drücken Sie dann die Schaltfläche Route (GPX).
5. Die ausgewählte Aktivität wird im GPX-Format auf Ihren Computer heruntergeladen.
6. Melden Sie sich dann bei Ihrem DistantRace.com-Profil an und gehen Sie zum Abschnitt Meine Aktivitäten.
7. Wählen Sie das Symbol "GPX hochladen" und fügen Sie Ihre Aktivität hinzu.
8. Sobald die Aktivität hochgeladen ist, wird sie automatisch zu den Aktivitäten in Ihrem DistantRace.com-Profil hinzugefügt.
